This beginner-friendly class combines guided mindfulness meditation with gentle seated movement. You’ll learn how breath, posture, and awareness can help you find balance and presence in the moment and overall well-being.
No prior experience is needed. Come as you are—comfortable clothing, an open mind, and heart are all that’s required.
