“Do you not know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in you?” – 1 Corinthians 3:16

In a world often marked by chaos and distraction, how can we more deeply embody the truth that we are God’s temple? This day retreat invites you into a guided time of reflection and conversation focused on living with intention, grounded in the indwelling Spirit of God.

Together, we will:

  • Explore what it means to be God’s temple in today’s world
  • Reflect on the fruits of the Spirit and the call to live with compassion, care, and justice
  • Create a personal rule of life rooted in values and spiritual practices that support alignment with Christ

The retreat includes shared time in the morning (10:30am–11:45am), followed by a spacious afternoon for silent reflection on the grounds of Well of Mercy. Participants are encouraged to enjoy the labyrinth, creek, and Prayer Path trail. We will reconvene to close our time together from 3:15pm–4:00pm.

Let this be a day of centering—in Scripture, in nature, and in the quiet hospitality of sacred space—to nurture a more peaceful, balanced way of being.

  • Check in at the Well House when you arrive.
  • Bring a journal, pen, water bottle and wear weather appropriate clothing.
  • Lunch will be provided.
