An Earth Day Celebration

Celebrate Earth Day with a slow, nourishing retreat designed to restore your body, mind, and spirit through deep connection with the living world. Over three spring days, you’ll be invited to step away from the noise of daily life and into attentive presence while wandering the land, practicing forest bathing, tending soil and soul, and rediscovering the quiet wisdom that our beautiful planet has to offer.
This retreat offers spacious time outdoors, gentle reflection, and shared moments of gratitude and care for the Earth that holds us. Come as you are – ready to rest, listen, and be renewed by the rhythms of the land.
Participants should be able to walk comfortably on uneven terrain. No prior hiking or meditation experience is needed. All are welcome.

What to Bring

With much of our reflective time being spent in nature during this retreat, please plan to bring the following and anything else you may need to feel comfortable:

  • A journal and pen for reflection
  • A refillable water bottle
  • Comfortable walking shoes suitable for trails and natural terrain
  • Weather-appropriate clothing (layers are encouraged)
  • A walking stick, if helpful for uneven ground

Retreat includes:

  • Two nights accommodations in a private room with private bath and shared kitchen space.
  • Six nutritious, delicious, complimentary meals
  • Snacks, tea, and coffee
  • Access to a refrigerator . You are welcome to bring beverages or supplemental food items.

We are looking forward to celebrating and deepening our connection with this wondrous planet alongside you.
