Small Steps, Deep Gratitude

Step away from the noise of daily life and enter a gentle rhythm of reflection, creativity, and renewal. Rooted in Gratitude is a one-day retreat designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and notice the quiet gifts already present in your life.

This experience is not about having everything figured out or forcing positivity. Instead, it is an invitation to become more deeply rooted—grounded in gratitude for what is sustaining you, even now.

We will begin with a welcoming circle, creating space to arrive just as you are, followed by a quiet, guided time of reflection outdoors. Through simple prompts, you’ll be invited to gently notice what you may be ready to release, what continues to support you, and what small step forward is yours to take.

You’ll also be introduced to a few practical, everyday gratitude practices—small ways to create space and lightness, even in the midst of full or heavy seasons.

The day opens into a guided watercolor session, where you are invited to express your experience through color and layering. No artistic experience is needed—this is a space for presence, not performance.

We will close with a quiet gathering to reflect and integrate the day, honoring even the smallest shifts within.

This retreat is for anyone who feels the weight of life and longs for a soft place to land—a space to breathe, to notice, and to begin again in small, meaningful steps.

Come as you are.
Leave a little more rooted—in gratitude, in presence, and in the quiet strength already within you.
