Tending Your Light
With Connie Hoffner and Sandra O'Brien
February 25 - 28, 2026
“You are the light of the world.”
– Matthew 5:14
Do you sometimes feel like a lighthouse in a dark and weary world? For your light to shine brightly, both the building (your body) and the flame (your soul) need care and tending. Join other “lighthouses” for a time of renewal —time apart to rest, reflect, and rekindle your inner light. Together we’ll explore gentle ways to release what no longer serves, strengthen your spirit, and rediscover motivation to shine with love and purpose. Withdraw from the world’s noise, spend time in nature, enjoy nourishing meals, sleep deeply, and be lovingly guided through practices that raise your frequency— meditation, healing music, reflection, laughter, and simple acts of self-care that nurture body, mind, and spirit. Through Scripture (Matthew 5:14–16), stories, and the wisdom of saints representing Gratitude, Hope, Healing, Miracles, and Joy, we’ll be reminded that tending our own light helps illuminate the world.
Weather permitting, a couple activities will take place outdoors—please bring clothing for your comfort. Come recharge your light, reconnect to your heart, and help strengthen the web of light that encircles the world.
